  4. Congrats on PR ... man don't think I will ever see one of those again as my lifts for power aren't what they used to be. I am still pretty strong just can't push my joints like that... have to train smart. Anywho think I've shown you guys what that can bring

    Thanks DW. So far the joints feel great for 53. I do see a day coming that I'll dial it back and make it up with volume training.

  6. PCT Day 18 (Weight 165) +7 lbs

    Tried Hack Squats today. That's a "new" feeling! Lol

    Also bought a wheel of death! What a medieval mechanism of pain! Did 5 rolls and thought my abs were on fire! This is something I'm adding for core building.

    ABE is versatile, drop cals and the weight drops immediately. Increase cals and weight increases.

  9. Thanks Kenpo, I will do that. I had strep kidney when I was young and sometimes minor irritants have more of an effect on me than most.

  10. PCT Day 19 (Weight 166) + 8 lbs

    DPol 3 g DAA split morning/ afternoon plus 4 ABE per day split every 4 hours. Dosing this with food otherwise GI issues.

    All is well. Trying to increase volume. Heading to San Diego so will be at the mercy of hotel gym. . Taking advantage of this by eliminating stims for 8 days.

    In San Diego on a business trip. Gym is not bad but the guests are hard to deal with. Stupid people are taking up multiple machines and free weight stations without consideration for the next guy! I guess I'm spoiled with the home gym.
