    Whenever i feel this way i like to give myself a couple days of rest and relaxation to recover my body and mind.

    All is well. Recovering very well meaning PCT going very well. This morning was just me running out of steam. PRs galore on this cycle combined with weather being 45 one day and 92 the next just knocked the wind out of my sails! Thanks brother Snags for the concern.

  6. yeah those wide weather variances can surely affect the old man body, moreso than younger for sure
    I noticed last yr, playing tennis in the 80s & 90s was not quite as easy as playing when it's 70s - and it's never really bothered me much previously, just sweat more is all

    highly doubt this is cns issue..but, just listen to your body mark - you know it best!

    Day off yesterday was good for me. Felt great so decided to hit the gym.

  8. PCT Day 15 (Weight 167) +9 lbs

    Trying to increase calories because AE seems to want to cut weight. Literally I can gorge on carbs during the day and wake up and be lighter.

    Started off with an upper back workout then switched to a boxer's workout:

    Bent Over Two DB Row
    105x8x3

    One Arm DB Row
    105x8x3

    Bent Over Kettlebell Figure Eight
    45x20
    55x20x2

    Crunches, heavy bag and speed bag.

    Hi Chef. 1Alpha has treated me well this cycle. My strength went through the roof on it and I broke many of my PRs and continue to do so. I think more size could have been had but I made the mistake of not immediately increasing calories. I was thinking it would add bulk too quickly and I tried to keep calories at a lower amount. My thinking was slow gains means more kept gains at the end of PCT. Good luck with this brother.

  11. I added too many calories and blew up. Moderation is the key.

    Strenght gains were insane on 1 alpha.

    I'll start 1 andro soon....when it comes in.....damn mail

  12. Kenpo glad the lull was temporary, sorry to have been absent I was sick and been in bed most of the week. Good to hear you are still crushing it. We all get time when rest is very important and our bodies will make sure we become aware of it quickly.

    Thanks to Edge for pointing out my rear delt deficiency.

    With 1Alpha I had very little shutdown. DPol DAA at 3 g and Rev Black at 2 caps before bed are working fine.

    Rear delts are so important to get that 3d shoulder look.

    I always put them first when I train shoulders.

    Thanks Irish. I used to practice boxing after my Kenpo karate. This is my boxer's workout:

    1) Jump Rope: 5 mins
    2) Wood Choppers using DB
    3) Bent Over Figure8 using Kettlebell
    4) Standing Arnold Press
    5) Speed Bag : 2 mins on 1 min off repeat 5 times
    6) Heavy Bag: same sequence
    7) Leg lifts from hanging on pull-up bar

    Cardio galore with the added advantage of building muscle.

    Love the slight DOMS feeling from trying new lifts. Those bent over DB raises are making my upper back feel it this morning. I like it!

    Thanks Steve. That last set felt "light" but I didn't want to push it further at this time. At my age you've got to really watch the lower back ( I was wearing a belt the whole time).

  30. Man you are crushing it in here. I am not sure if it was that virus you mentioned or what. I am still working to get my hydration back on point. I am drinking almost 2 gallons a day and still get dry mouth and some cramping and what not. I did get a bunch of paint thinner spilled on me and wonder if maybe some of it soaked into my skin and just has my body in revolt right now.

    Congrats on that killer PR for the Deads, and that boxers routine looks awesome.
