  11. By the way I did go 5 day split on FST-7 and I really like it. I seem to be adding mass in PCT and I like how I am able to focus on each body part, seems to add something.

    High volume does wonders for me. I don't fully believe in the Fascia Stretching aspect of the program but I like the high volume and heavy sets mixed together.

    Also there are so many differant ways to build the program.
    Pre exhaustion with FST7
    FST7 at the end for flush sets
    FST7 compound movements for crazy people

    Its very versitile indeed.

  13. So yesterday I hit some quick back work on a spur of the moment. Nothing fancy and I didn't even take time to log it. Was something like

    Wide Grip Pullups BW+20 x 12 for 3 sets
    Reverse Grip Yates Rows 365x8 385x7 385x7
    Dumbelll Rows 150'sx12 150'sx12 150'sx14
    Dumbell Pullovers 70x12 70x12 70x12

    Quick and to the point. Took about 30 minutes

    FST7 has by far been the most effective program I have ever tried (do a 5 days split). I can't seem to do it for more than about 10-12 weeks a time, but it works well. Like yourself, I am not so sure about the Fascia stretching...

  15. Got some cardio in today.......roller skating with the family. Gonna have some major DOMS in the glute area from all the acrobatic landings I pulled off :P
