    meh, you will always have a segment of "scientific gurus" who are running around..typically, it's the [young] guys who either look like shyte, or college-aged kids who are taking some physiology/biology dietary courses in mainstream college platform so get inundated with textbook material that has little bearing on actual bb'ing/dietary course
    but these guys do not work out, hence have a lot of time to "study"

    honestly tho: it is a unique and novel approach, that combines the science of physiology/biology with true real-world efficacy & results in the bb'ing world, that is refreshing and validly useful..
    it is unfortunate that most running around on scientific basis, are woefully ignorant to the understanding of that reality, and so converse and expound in crazy talk

    Yeah French Press covers pretty much any free weight triceps extension though when I look it up so I don't use the term to often. I guess you could call it a lying french press, but the ones I see examples of tend to have the elbow going straight up not back at a 30-45 degree angle.
