So its back on track today. Normal meal plan is back in place and today is chest day. Diet was garbage this weekend. Lots of eating out and quite a bit of drinking. I havnt drank in a long long time and I feel like a total slob so I'm going to throw in some extra work today to get the muscle fullness back and also to bleed off some of the bloat. I WAS able to keep taking my Max Pump over the weekend though and lastnight I was able to down some G8 and get about 10 hours of awesome sleep. I've got some goodies on the way so hopefully my order gets in today and I can throw out a suppdate this afternoon.

Workout was good. Threw in some drop sets today for some added volume. Strength was hit and miss. The drop sets really took it out of me though. Chest is absolutely smoked right now.
