  5. I dead lifted again today. .....450 x 2. Not sure how I feel about that. A few days removed from the deads on leg day but still felt weak.

  14. glad I saw that little workout you just posted..reminds me that I need to get some pull-ups in on THUR back day, haven't done them for awhile, and will be losing my nice built-in-the-ceiling pull-up bar station I built when I move

    I guess not all is roses and tulips -- but, that's about the only negative I see in this whole moving ordeal!
    (well other than initial expense to do it lol)

  21. Good morning! Got a dietary adjustment yesterday and I'm very stoked about it! More carbs yeah buddy. I will be lowering fats though so the ground beef will be smaller portions when used and my whole egg for bfast will be discontinued. No more tree feed nights but carbs are up across the board. Weight was 219.5 upon rising

    Today's pre workout meal
    10egg whites
    4oz 99% lean ground turkey
    Salsa
    Fat free cheese
    3/4 cup oats

    I mixed the salsa in with the eh whites before cooking. ... worked good. Had to drain them a bit but wasn't too bad at all.

  24. Sounds like some good changes on the diet, and for a nice change try using Hot Sauce pre mixed in the egg whites for a similar flavor and no need to drain them. Sometimes I will put a little taco seasoning in the egg whites for more flavor.
