Ok so took my Max Pump 45mins pwo... The stomach ache came AGAIN but subsided. It's only on the drive. Got up on the bench and pressed 455 for barely 3 which means my endurance is way up! I ended up finishing bench there. Hit some inclines, flat Db and chest flys till I got to triceps. By that time I looked ALL KINDS of ballooned up! Triceps is where the ultimate pump test is at. Took meausurements and my arms expanded just shy of an inch... Now that's a pump! I'm very well pleased not only with the pump but the endurance is a HUGE plus!!!
