Good Evening,

again, so another log. Another determination, another goal in my quest to achieve athletic performance, and as most of us also also try to look good while being athletic.

Just a BIG ASS shout out to Finaflex again. Steve (snagency), Doug (Dreamweaver) Chris (MrKleen) and Al (the mad scientist, SCOTTYDOC).

Stats:
M, 83kg, 11.5% (-.5%bf), 180cm tall.

Goals:
sleep better, recover better, drop love handle areas (get leaner) and improve anaerobic capacity (my workout have been designed by someone we all know).

I will put down food intake for the day and my training outline to keep me honest and keep up the dedication.

not many studies that I could dig up, but it is supposed to increase oxygen flow creating a higher thermo effect and fatty acid oxidation

Told you it was strong, I only take it 3 times a week and started with .5 and now still only around 2/3 months later. Stuff still kicks my azz...

Oh and the reason you had the urge to go to the gym in the AM while sick was partly because you would have felt euphoric when wakening a feeling that increases as the morning progesses for me. There is some feel good shyte in it that either has a long half life or is time released.
