The only supps I am on is PCT Black, Pure Test and a daily dose of ignite. So I was surprised to see this much growth considering at weigh in I was 192 on Friday.

I will start my prep 2 weeks from Sunday with is 17 weeks out. At this time I will convert to the regular pre-contest type dieting. I will start out at about 2800 cals ed and cycle carbs at around 200 150 100 not decided yet will ask Steve's opinion. Adjustments will be made by eye as I know I don't have to go hard to get to where I was before or a tad lower. The big difference I want to make is I think I can get a little fuller, Steve had a plan (we'll call it plan "A") where I would fill out slowly over 2 weeks and this is the key I think. Don't get me wrong we ran and excellent plan "B" but I believe plan "A" would get me more full and tighter.

I also should be a bit bigger and just a bit leaner or so I hope. I want the whole ball of wax, It was a bit frustrating to know I could have won the overall had I just known the rules. I want to have a shot should the situation present itself again.

actually - that's a long time to be dieting that low cal/carb, if you want to add some muscle yet
I understand you want to keep condition, and I don't disagree as it may help tighten up skin a bit as well..
but maybe 3250 with 250/200/150 rotation - or, a floating rotation of say 250/200/150/300/150 repeat..
focusing on lean gain for awhile..depends on how complicated you feel such to be..lotta options

I understand you want to keep condition, and I don't disagree as it may help tighten up skin a bit as well..
but maybe 3250 with 250/200/150 rotation - or, a floating rotation of say 250/200/150/300/150 repeat..

Ooo yah the second one sounds really cool, maybe with 3000-3200 for 5 weeks. I have thought of gong a bit higher but that will depend on where I am it 2 weeks. I can hold the fort and stay lean and then do a clean 3200 ...sounds good actually.

I like the floating rotation - when I did it, i assigned set meal plans to the individual carb-rotation days, and took all the guess work out, it's like flipping a chart of menus, every day of the week..made it convenient

And sounds like it adds variety. Variety can be fun.

See the floating deal is part of what I have been doing also. It is very good and productive so far Doug. I think you would enjoy how you can stay full and lean.

Np might be a while before you can perform wod start from your knees then when you get really proficient stand up roll out and when there is too much strain just let your knees touch and roll out all the way get back off your kness as soon as you can on the way back. Do this untill you don't need to touch down anymore.

Once you can do them standing they become at least 10 times more effective. That is not exageration.

Ok just got back from mini holiday and was able to confirm that I will be going up against my mentor Marshall Page for Musclemania. I have very little chance of beating him but doesn't mean I don't try. I will be there to make sure he doesn't make any mistakes Anywho this is going to be 2 pretty freaky 55 + year olds...
