* Workout felt good, I mean I am obviously going very light to avoid any pain and future injury, but I still got a great pump and in some cases a decent burn, it's coming back slowly but surely, can't rush these things. When I got off of work at 8:00pm I did return to the gym and did 20mins of the stepper, then went over to the treadmill at the steepest incline for the remaining 40mins, so 1hr cardio total.

Diet was good...
Meal 1 - 2/3 cup of raw oatmeal + 2 scoops whey isolate (50g Protein)
Meal 2 - 1 Isopure RTD drink (40g protein)
Meal 3 - 6 egg whites / 1 yoke + 1 can of green beans
Meal 4 - 8oz Chx breast + 1 can of spinach
Meal 5 - 2 scoops whey isolate (50g protein) + 12oz fat free cottage cheese (45g protein)
- I drank exactly 2 gallons of water.

Actually great to see you training that shoulder again. I opted out of doing any pressing or pulling movements that require me to flex or extend my arms under weight. Elbow just isn't quite ready to be let back out of the stable this week if I want it to recover instead of challenge me the whole competition.

Doc,

Long time lurker, 1st post here! Started Andro-1 (2 in am, 2 in pm) 3 weeks ago, and going great, love it. Just changed to 2 550-XD in the AM, 2 Andro-1 in PM. I have Revolution PCT on the way in the mail (not arrived yet). I have a concern though. I noticed testicular shrinkage last week. My cycle will be done in 3 weeks. Will taking PCT and ending my cycle bring the "boys" back to normal, or should I stop the cycle now? This is my first cycle on anything. I also take Jack3d pre workout and Whey X2 a day.

Thanks for any insights!

Testicular shrinkage is a perfectly normal and common side-effect that is 100% reversible once you get off and start up the PCT, no worries Bro, happens to most all of us!!!

Yeah, if you are concerned about it now maybe you should add in some Ignite 2, it has Finaflex's new stronger DAA supplement in it. That or some PURE TEST, but waiting and then adding one of those in will probably make more of a difference in PCT than it would adding now.

Today, I struggled with my chest workout, was very hard to find exercises that did not aggrevate my shoulder, I found two as you can see and exhausted what I could do with them the best I could, but it is going to be my diet and my cardio that is gonna bring my Crown home!!! Don't worry Bro, I won't forget the little people!!!

Yes, I Love them, will eat them between my Chx meal and my last meal, basically what I eat about an hour before I go back to the gym for my 1hr of cardio, very much looking forward to them, yes they are tasty, they have it in the form of jerky strips and sticks, both are equally tastey, I thought they were all ostrich, which is their original and how it got its name, but now they have turkey, deer & elk, etc..etc...http://www.protos-inc.com/

You are really scaring me now. There is only one part of me that is limp around you and well you are not beating it no matter how much you want to. It's no doubt you have a Lil' Captain in you, and from what I understand also the 1st Mate, an Enson or two and the guy who swabbed the deck. Funny, until now, I never realized the Captain Morgan was actually a Butt Pirate and it was your booty he was looking for all this time.

I'll make you my 1st-Mate... Prison Rules!!!
He would be far from the first. However I am sure he still appreciates that you are attracted to him.

He was pretty funny. Watched all of it. I am lucky, I am a happy drunk when I do get that way. Of course actually getting mad while drunk is never a good thing. Anger and a lack of inhibition do not play well together.

No need man 9 solid sets on leg press like that is plenty. I would think about keeping it cool so your aren't dealing with your iliotibial band tendon getting inflamed like it did last year. Gotta love the chronic injuries we have.

Illiotibial band is actually fine, only hurts if I try and squat, so I stay away from those and I'm good to go!

Can't believe I'm not in here.
Subbed again for the awesomeness. This is gonna be amazing. Your thor transformation was epic, this is bound to be legen-fcking-dary. Your starting pics are much leaner this time around. Good luck!
Compliments will get you everywhere...
Thank you Sir.. May I have another!!!

You do realize this is for a competition to see who can make the best transformation, competitors are... MrKleen73, TurningGreen, DreamWeaver, LiveToLift, & of course myself... ScottyDoc. Be sure to check out the main LOG where the competition is taking place and follow along with everyone else competing's LOG's as well (5 of us total) and you are Damn-Skippy this is gonna be Mega-Epic!!!
