    Thanks! According to the scale NO, however, I am able to fit into some clothes now that I wasn't able to before!!!

    That is good, that means you are gaining muscle while dropping fat, 1Lb of fat is about the size of a Honey dew Melon, while 1Lb of muscle is about the size of an apple. Absolutely nothing wrong with a little recomposition of the body, is a good thing!

    I want the scale to go down because when I see how much I weigh I still see a "fat" number!!

  24. This is why U have to re-train your brain! Ok I have magical powers & I know your case, so I make U a deal... I can take all the fat off your body, U will look Amazing, but U will weigh 350Lbs on the scale or I can make U weigh 95Lbs on the scale but look like U weigh 300 plus Lbs! So which do U choose? The answer to that question is the solution to the flaw in your way of looking at the scale!
