How many pumps?

Im using eviscerate for abs and chest and lower back how many pumps would i need?
also im adding clen which is 200 mcg per 1ml so how much clen should i add considering the pumps needed

IMO, do one bodypart at a time. That is to much and you prolly wont notice much of anything. I have a lot of experience with topicals, and that is my experience.

thanks would i be to use clen for longer topical if i switch body parts?
