So i like the brownie from this thread

http://anabolicminds.com/forum/recipes/91498-protein-chocolate-brownie.html
2 scoops of Chocolate Whey Protein
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of Jell-o Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge pudding
1/3c of water
but tonite I decided to try something different. rather than use the pudding mix, I put about 2tbsp (maybe 3) of natural peanut butter in the water, and used an immersion blender to mix it. then added the whey, and found that I needed another couple tablespoons of water to get it all to mix in, so maybe half a cup is better. nuked it for 60 seconds and it turned out about as nice as the other ones, but now with some healthy fats :) the texture is a little bit nicer with the pb instead of pudding, but of course it will only work on flavors that will go with peanut butter :D

How about using some ground oats for texture?

it would be possible, but part of the idea is low carb too. you'd be surprised at the texture tho. for whatever reason with the baking powder in it, it ends up fairly fluffy

I don't think it would destroy the protein. I mean people have cooked other types of protein in the microwave- such as meat.

true- protein does unfold at high temperatures though

rendering it worthless- the beef is also a whole food not the same as powder- but i dont think the microwave temp is high enough to kill protein chains

even breaking some of the protein chains still leaves protein peptides + aminos available.
