Sludge is simple Protein powder + Water or milk
You could even do Protein + Yogurt to make a sludge.

Google Making Sludge

WTF is Protein Sludge?

bam some of those are even my kitchen :)

I have over 200 Youtube videos which you can check out (Bkupniewski)

Thanks! I've checked out some of your videos. I need something low carb and I don't have a lot of the protein powders you use. Could I swap them out for the protein I have?

You don't need the protein powders I have.. use what you have.
Use a whey for all rising or baking agents. only use casein for cheesecakes, or binding agents (like rice/bread pudding)
Casein works best for sludge (because its thicker) but whey works. just use the amount to make a pudding/sludge like consistency.

Tons of resources out on google as well.
Doesn't take long with a quick search.
