4 tbsp of peanut butter
1 scoop of SELECT vanilla protein
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 cup almond milk
2 chopped squares of chocolate (I used 85% so it would have less sugar than regular chocolate)

Mix all ingredients together into a sticky batter. (BTW, the batter is amazing on its own )
Bake the batter on a cookie tray at 320 F for about 15-20 minutes or so

Some got a lil overcooked and were more crispy. These were still good but most of them were nice and gooey and soft in the middle still. So just keep an eye on them and make sure they dont overcook and they will be delicious
