So, honestly I have obliterated the recipe section of this forum. After having done so, I decided to repay my mayhem by developing an awesome recipe calculator spreadsheet. For those that want to just plug in the ingredients and macros and have a computer do the rest, then this is your spreadsheet. Simply input the svg size info according to the nutrition label, and the amount you actually used and there you have it. All macro calculations will be done automatically. Then simply input the number of svgs and it will break down the entire dish/recipe and give you the per svg macros for your recipes.

This file is a 2007 Excel spreadsheet, so most will be able to use it.

Also, on the spreadsheet, the unit abbr. chart is what is to be used in the unit columns. please note that all abbrs. are lower case.
