    Meatloaf help.

Any help on making a decent meatloaf?

Tried using 2 recipe found online and both times it end up watery.

Been suffering from my girls lunch of egg salad/tuna fish for the past week, I can't go on.

Make it how the recipe days but instead of a bread pan-use a cupcake pan and make meatloaf cupcakes OR just mold it into a log and stick it on a baking sheet. Both ways will make it less watery.

1 pkg meatloaf mix (pork beef and veal)
    1/2 small onion diced
1/2 smallest can hunts herbed tomato sauce
    1 egg
    Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Mix the meat, onion, egg and sauce together with your hands. Then add bread crumbs until it forms pretty well but still a little bit loose.

Put on baking sheet and cook at 400 for 35-40 mins, cover with foil and cook another 10-15. Done!
