    Semi-clean pumkpin protein pancakes

Try saying that 3 times fast^^^

Stumbled upon these as a semi clean treat. Going to be a staple for my carb ups, until I run out of the protein.

you look so excited in that vid man.

nice. here's a variation recipe for you.

    2 scoops tasty vanilla protein
    3 egg whites
    1/4 cup dry oatmeal
    1 tsp vanilla extract
enough water to make a batter consistency

    directions:
mix oats with 1/4 cup water and microwave for 1min
add remaining ingredients and add water to batter consistency
    spray skillet w/ Pam
cook in skillet until bubbles form on top, then flip.
optional: top w/ sugar-free syrup or berries

depending on the protein you use..my macros look something like this:
    365cals 53p/17c/8f

That's your boy when he wakes up, plus it's about 60degree in my apartment, lol. Nice, vanilla is crucial IMO. Those macros are solid. Much better than mine in regards to a cleaner meal.

What type of protein are you usually using? I just picked up some ON egg protein, vanilla custard. This may work nicely.
