1 - 2 lbs of chicken or hamburger
2 cans of wolf brand spicy chili
1 1/2 - 2 cups of Brown rice
2-3 (maybe 4) tbsp of heinz 57
1 tbsp taco sauce
and chili powder (i add like 2 tbsp of chili powder to make it extra spicy, next time i might throw a jalapeno or habenero in it)
I also dont use a tomato juice / sauce base cause i dont like my chili runny but hell that might make it pretty good still!!
