    Dave Kantrowitz Team AX: Pre Contest Super Food!


    try this out for a change...PRE CONTEST BROWNIE

    2tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter
    2 scoops chocolate whey
    1/2 cup water

    mix together/add water until you reach the consistency of pancake batter
    Toss in the microwave for 2 minutes
    BOOM BANG low carb, super low fat brownie!!


    Cal: 290
    Fat: 4g
    Carb: 7g
    Pro: 55g

    Without cooking!!!

    Poor contents of bowl into muffin/cup cake cups and simply toss the
    In the freezer! Give it about an hour and you'll have some guilt free protein peanut butter cups!

    Definitely going to have to give this recipe a try! I like to use Muscle Gauge Nutrition's Cake Batter or Cinnamon Bun flavor isolate protein powder to make my protein waffles and muffins. So I bet this cooking method would be good for making muffins/brownies.

    Anything you can add to make it not so dry and spongey other than that its good
