Baking eggs instead of boiling them

A different way I "hard boil" eggs
Preheat oven to 325, put your eggs in a muffin pan, bake for 25-28 mins
I think they taste better, are easier to peel and do not have that nasty egg smell either

Cook them in the shell? What do you put on them or do you eat them plain?

Seems like a way to make more eggs!
    Sounds cool. What in pinterest?

I might have to give this a goal as well, but liquid egg whites FTW!

Yes, whole egg, shell on. When they are finished, let them cool and put in fridge until you are ready to eat them. I peel them then zap in microwave for 30 secs

I can't wait that long so I started scrambling mine then I got real impatient again so I just started drinking them raw but now I'm to the point of where I just have a chicken farm and when I'm hungry I squeeze little Betsy (my fav chicken) and suck an egg out :P lol

The human body doesn't effectively digest raw egg protein; there's about a 50% loss in nutrient absorption when eaten raw. Gotta cook it.

    Hi,

I prefer to eat eggs at every morning without baked or boiled both are equally healthy for me.
