    Easy Stuffed pizza rolls with chicken


    Aidells chicken meatballs or make your own.
    1 tube reduced fat crescent rolls
    1 table spoon it tomato sauce or paste
    1 pinch of low fat mozzarella

    Spread out the crescent rolls on a greased pan. Spread the sauce on the inside add one meatball ( I brown them )
    Add cheese and fold them over . Top with Italian spices and bake at 350 for 13 minutes.

    7 grams fat
    14 grams of carbs
    10 grams of protein
    You can always sub any kind of meat or leave it out same with the cheese.

    Just made these tonight..not bad with turkey meatballs...just wish these weren't simple carbs...oh well it's bulking season

    Okay so I made these the other night and I forgot to take pictures but I couldn't because I ate them so fast.
    This is a great recipe and so easy to make! Man these little things are good I cooked a whole bunch of them.
    I think they are best by using the ingredients as is and don't change a thing! So good
