    Two recipes from my cut cycle.


    Tuna egg white scramble.
    Ingredients
    1 5oz can drained tuna
    100 grams onion chopped
    5-10 grams garlic (depends on how garlicy you like it)
    5 egg whites
    1 egg yellow
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp milk
    50 grams grape tomatoes
    (spices to taste)

    Put olive oil and garlic in a pan on low-medium heat.
    Once oil absorbs garlic and the garlic browns slightly add onion
    Heat for 5 minutes
    Add drained tuna

    While that is heating mix your egg whites milk and egg yellows
    Add the above mixture to the pan
    Cook until eggs are done
    Season to taste and enjoy

    Macros
    50.6g protein/12.4g carbs/ 22g fat
    You can down the fat content by not including the egg yellow


    Black beans salad (kinda)
    Ingredients
    Can of black beans drained and rinsed
    1 cup low fat cottage cheese
    50 grams grape tomatoes
    100 grams onion (diced)
    1 tsp olive oil
    (Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and tabasco)

    Saute the onion in olive oil
    Add the drained and rinsed black beans
    Cook until tender
    Take off burner and let cools
    Add grape tomatoes and cottage cheese
    Mix and season to taste.
    Macros
    Protien 49g/ 70g carbs/ 6g fat
    might seem high in carbs but 21 grams of fiber

    You can replace the tuna with ground turkey it has almost the exact same macros but no mercury.
