1/4 cup whole grains
1 tablespoons psyllium
1 ml DMAE H3
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 Cups skim milk
1ml liquid CoQ10
1ml liquid milk thistle extract
1ml hawthorn blend extract
Blended in very large cup with a stick blender
