    Easiest fukcin recipe!!


    My preworkout meal is my favorite meal of the day..and the recipe is rediculously simple. 2 pieces of wheat bread, peanut butter, and honey. Boom done

    Carbs can be important, depending on your goals/metabolism, but I include at least 50g of protein in every meal I eat.

    My recipe is the sh!t, what you talking about I just don't like PB in my shakes but it can be added and it would actually make it a great home-made gainer.

    Any idea why I'm not gaining muscles? I tried to eat more carbs but Im getting belly fat. I'm trying to keep my abs. I eat every 2 hours. Planty protein

    Best protein shake mrp or pre workout:
    2 scoops peanut butter choco whey
    Milk till required consistency is found
    1 packet oatmeal
    1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
    Few ice cubes

    Throw in blender and bam! Both amazing and nutritious
