Here is a quick recipe, it will take you like 10 minutes.

2 white eggs
1 scoop whey protein (chocolate)
whole wheat flour (it's up to you, depends on how much carbs you want)
fat free milk (150mL for 50g of flour)
optional : peanut butter / 1 tbsp of olive oil

Add everything in a shaker or a blender, it should be not too liquid at the end, a bit consistent.

Set the burner to a medium heat and spray a pan with PAM or a low-calorie spray.
Put everything on the pan and wait until the mixture thickens enough to be able to flip over.

And there you go.
