I have been trying to change up my way of cooking ever since begining to lose weight. Over the years I had rarely eaten fried foods, but did eat a lot of my meals with bad choices here and there. I always eat lean meats and I just started cooking with EVOO. I hate olives but this stuff I can actually eat and enjoy. I even started putting some in my tuna to mix for sandwhiches or omlettes. I have to say this is awesome. However since I am new to using this, I don't know much recipes. I have only used it with my steaks and scallops. What else does it go with in cooking?
