    Talking Low Carb Protein Cookies

    Hey guys,
Here are my low carb protein cookies. The only ingredient that is hard to find is partially de-fatted peanut flour. The Peanut flour is almost pure protein. It is available at Trader Joe's.

Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

    Ingredients:

    ¼ Cup Butter

    2/3 Cup Greek Yogurt

    3 Tbsp Peanut Butter

    1 Large Egg

    20 Packets of Truvia

1 ¼ Cups of Peanut Flour

    ¼ cup of Skim Milk

    1 Tsp Vanilla

    ½ Tsp Salt

    ½ Tsp Baking Soda

1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips (Low Sugar Content)

Cream together: Butter, Yogurt, Peanut Butter and Truvia

    Add egg and mix well

    Add Vanilla, Salt and Milk

Mix together Peanut flour and baking soda. Add slowly to mixture

Add more milk if needed to make proper dough consistency

    Add Chips

Bake at 350 for approximately 10-12 mins. They will be doughy.

Awesome, it's very hard to substitue the peanut flour out. Nothing else compares nutrient wise. There was a lot of trial and error creating this recipe. Any substitution of ingredients can greatly alter the final product.

    Good Luck!

OK I will take your word for it and not change anything. Will be making them in a few weeks as I want to wait to get the junk I will eat later today out of me. I will let you know when I make them and how I like them.
