Stock recipe::

1 lb ground sirloin
1 gallon of water
1 8 oz sirloin, trim fat
meat tenderizer

brown ground sirloin and drain fat. boil the water and slice steak into 1/2 in cubes. Add to water and boil until meat is cooked. Remove meat or it will get very tough. reduce heat and add 1/2 tsp sea salt. Simmer for 20 min uncovered on low-med heat.

Recipe for soup

cooked beef
1 roma tomato
2 cloves garlic
1/2 vidalia onion
3 medium sweet peppers
1 carrot
garlic powder
pinch of ground mace
pinch of taro root
pepper
sea salt

Start by dicing all veggies except peppers and add to stock, bring to a lite boil.
de-seed the peppers and slice into thin strips about 1 in long.

add all dry ingredients to taste.

Boil for 10 min then add meat and simmer on low for 5 min.
