Can't Cook? No problem, Easy recipes on a budget

    Whats up guys?
Im going to start posting some of my recipes here of what I eat on a day to day basis. Feel free to post your own!

I'll try to get some pictures up of these dishes in the future.

First up, My favorite: Salsa Chicken

    What you need:
    2lbs of Chicken
    1 packet of taco seasoning
    1 jar of salsa

    Instructions:
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Put taco seasoning in zip lock bag. Put chicken in bag and shake until taco seasoning coats chicken.

Arrange chicken in a baking dish. Pour salsa over the chicken to cover, as much as you want. Cover with foil.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes (This all depends on your oven I suppose)
Sprinkle with shredded cheese if you want.
    and devour!

    Easy Italian Chicken

    What you need:
    Bottle of Italian Dressing
    2 lbs of Chicken

    Instructions:
You can marinate the chicken in the Italian dressing for a few hours prior to cooking for extra flavor.
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Put chicken in a baking dish and cover in Italian dressing
    Bake for 30 minutes
Put some extra dressing on top of the chicken and devour

Had this for dinner last night:

    Ingredients:
    • Salmon - cooked in pan with squeezed lemon juice, a little ginger and some herbs
    • Fresh Salad with greens and red peppers and tomatoes
    • Fresh Cantaloupe

The Salmon was browned on each side in a frying pan, and then covered with tin foil to cook all the way through. Seasoned with a little ginger, some other herbs, and just a pinch of brown sugar.

    Lunch

    Ingredients:
    1/2 lb 92/8 Ground Beef
    1/2 Green Pepper
    Carrots
    Broccoli
    Mushrooms
    Strawberries

Seasoned the ground beef with lemon/herb seasoning, sesame seeds, and some spicy seasoning that i found in the cabinet (doesn't help much for reproducing the recipe, but you can adapt your own seasonings to your likings)

haha that's actually a dish kinda. it's called stuffed bellpeppers. you basically put dirty rice in a bellpepper and cover it with cheese then bake it

I can't do raw bell peppers. I have to have them in a fajita (or as a topping on pizza; cheat days).

I BBQ'd jerk marinated pork ribs this week, but only a single slab. I ate it all by myself split in two meals.
