C'mon, two cooked slices bad? Ya gotta have a little fat or the joints creak!
Crisp fry a couple slices of bacon, cool, crumble.
Slice thinly 8-12 oz chicken or turkey breast in bacon fat.
Pile this hot on top of mixed lettuce and baby greens.
I always add some chopped peppers, carrots, broccoli, red onion, black and green olives.
Like cheese? ( I prefer blue or feta) add a little, it's ok.
Dressing of choice. My choice is balsamic vinagrette.
Lots of good protein, fiber, veggies, and flavor! Low cal, low trans fats, and some good fats!
