You think bacon is bad?? Try this!

C'mon, two cooked slices bad? Ya gotta have a little fat or the joints creak!

Crisp fry a couple slices of bacon, cool, crumble.

Slice thinly 8-12 oz chicken or turkey breast in bacon fat.

Pile this hot on top of mixed lettuce and baby greens.

I always add some chopped peppers, carrots, broccoli, red onion, black and green olives.

Like cheese? ( I prefer blue or feta) add a little, it's ok.

Dressing of choice. My choice is balsamic vinagrette.



Lots of good protein, fiber, veggies, and flavor! Low cal, low trans fats, and some good fats!

my friends dad makes some of the best tasting stuff on the planet. he gets bacon greese, and chops up the bacon in it then adds in a ton of cabbage, and pork. there might be some vegetables im missing but it made me cry it was so good.

I keep it simple, deep fry the bacon (cooks evenly that way) crumble it up and scramble it in my eggs.

I also scramble breakfast sausage in my eggs. (CAUTION: deep frying of sausage not recommended.)
