For One serving.
1 cup cooked whole wheat macaroni
4 oz Lean ham sliced into chunks
1/2 tomato cubed
2 Tbs fat free miracle whip
1/2 cup fresh spinach chopped
Mix all of above ingrediants and salt-pepper-hot sauce to taste.
Serve cold. Great on a hot day post workout.
Also can add some boiled egg if desired.
I will be making plenty of this to store in the fridge for when it gets warmer here.
That sounds pretty good. I tend to stay away from ham, but I do like it.
