Awesome and easy!!! Take to a party so that you have something nutritious to eat when everyone else stuffs their pudgy faces with crap...they'll probably eat the mess out of the chili too.
4-8 hours in a crockpot
1-2 pounds of Ground Turkey/Deer/Lean Beef-you pick
1 Chopped Onion
1 Minced Garlic Clove
1.5 Cups of Frozen Corn Kernels
1 Chopped Red Bell Pepper
1 Chopped Green Bell Pepper
1 Can Crushed Tomatoes (28 oz)
1 Can Black Beans (15 oz) Rinse and Drain Beans
1 Can Tomato Sauce (8 oz)
1 Packet of Chili Seasoning Mix
1/2 tsp Salt
Cook top 3 ingredients in a skillet till meat is cooked. Spoon meat mixture into Crockpot. Stir in the next 8 ingredients. Cook on low 7-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
