1/2c quick oats
1/4-1/2 of a banana diced
2 Tblsp crushed walnuts/pecans...(whatever you got)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
dash of salt...
mix the oatmeal and water/milk then nuke for about min and a half than stir the rest in...
I love this stuff...
you can just eyeball it all but measured it all out for macro purposes(if anyone would like to determine the macros, that would be great)
