How essential to take Halovar right after workout?

  1. How essential to take Halovar right after workout?

I am just wondering how much of a difference taking Halovar right after my workout will be as opposed to taking it later in the day

The reason is bc I take it with breakfast about 9am and Then workout around 2. So if I take it right after I workout that's only a six hour gap and leaves the rest of the day. I want to keep the levels in my blood as even as possible so is it ok if I take it about 7pm? Another reason I'm asking is bc I found that I sleep better if my doses are further away from each other.

  2. Not a huge deal in all honesty, whatever you feel works best for you then you do it. The suggestion is because of the insulin mimetics in the product that will help push nutrient partitioning when taken with carbohydrate meals. It is not essential though.
