Yes! I ran Follidrone for 8 weeks on slightly lower than maintenance calories. It resulted in a recomp as weight stayed the same but gained some size in the shoulders but lost 1 inch on the waist. I had strength increases and set some PRs during my run. For Follidrone I felt that you had to feed this beast for size results.
