The name does not lie! Every workout that I took SWOLL-N I felt my arms, chest, shoulders, forearms and even legs super swollen. If i did a new exercise that I haven't done in a while I would be sore/pumped the next day still! NLA hit this one out of the park!

Just finished a bottle of this with a tub of Supp-D; great pre workout. I'd definitely recommend it

At first this product give you good pump but as it builds up in your system(4 days), then your muscle just balloon up. Sort of like Popeye on spinach. I just kept riding the pump and I found it to be so enjoyable. I took this with supp-d and NLA has done a great jobs with both!!!
