Power max 2 day review

Today was shoulders. I took it 45 minutes before i lifted. Taste is not bad at all. Not to strong. Strength was there along with some extra sets.
Did I feel the pump? I felt fairly pumped up and for its price point can't complain.



Taste: 4/5 another company that focuses on taste which I enjoyed.


Mixibility: 4/5 It mixed better than others but after downing it, it gets a little bubbly as you have less.

Energy: 5/5 the perfect amount with no jitters for me. i got a rush 10 minutes in to it which i love getting as i warm up.

Pump: 4/5 i give it a 4 because my pump did not go away after i worked out. .

Focus: 5/5 great focus, not too intense where i dont wanna listen to my surrounding but just enough to keep hittin the weights and hit them hard

overall: great pwo for anyone does not want jitters and wants a good pump. One of my top 5 now.
