Overall i thoroughly am pleased with the progress i made with this product,i dropped about 8lbs and i noticed that with my carb meals i would have more energy afterwards and less of a lethargic insulin "crash". I even tested it with a few cheat meals where it helped but i did still experience some slight lethargy but i'm sure nothing would change that. If it was that easy then people would be eating candy and losing weight LOL. Anyways i felt i made great progress on the duration of my run, i would easily recommend this to anyone looking to add something to help with lean mass gains on bulks or help with controlling blood sugar levels with dieting and carbs for optimal energy/fat loss.
