Reduction is my go-to night time fat burner and sleep aid when I am looking to cut, and sometimes on a recomp. The ingredient profile is extremely unique and contains well thought out combinations to achieve restful sleep and over night leaning. The main reason I use it solely on cuts and occasional recomps is bc of the diuretic power of it. Within a few nights of use, I lose all the water being held in my stomach and chest and when I stop using red pm, I notice it gradually return. If diet is on point through out the day, you WILL wake up noticeably leaner the next morning.*

I found REDuction PM to be a nice sleep aide. Definitely gave me a calm feeling. I wouldn't say it put me right to sleep though. (1 serving). For the price, it's a great sleep aide. I really can't say I noticed a whole lot as far as fat loss, however. The taste is solid. I'm not big on spiced flavoring, but it's not bad. I just put the scoops on my tongue and wash it down
