Been cycling for 2 years
Want to compete professionally. Have not yet competed.
Very developed legs in comparison to a lagging upper body.
Currently on a maintenance dose of 500mgs a week. Test cyp.
Waiting until I plateau in strength before starting my blast which will be t400 at 1200mgs a week. Tren 600 mgs a week. Deca 400 mgs
Proviro n and d bol .
Diet aim for 5-6000 calories a day. 5-8 meals. For a bulk.
Breakfast is 10oz ground beef 1cup broccoli and a cup of oats with toast.
Shake 2hrs later banana 2scoops whey spinach milk almond butter
8oz chicken cup of sweet potatoes and cup of broccoli - this for next two meals
Dinner is anywhere from 8oz-12 oz steak cup of rice and a high carb vegetable.
Gainer before bed.
Am I eating enough? My goal is 225 this cycle .. I have been 220 but it was a watery mess.
Training: Back twice a week my posterior aesthetics suck.
Any ideas on food? I know everyone has their opinions on cycling but I believe I am taking more than enough. Training ideas? I strive for 3-6 weeks of strength then transition to 6 weeks of volume. This post is not about gear. I think I am lacking in diet and training please help thanks for the time!
