I am starting a mass building cycle, I want to gain 20 pounds but do not want to loose a lot of definition I am 185 5' 11" right now my target is 205 - 215 any advice on a routine and diet I started a bold cyp and test cyp cycle with test ace as a pre workout any tips on what to ad I have a few AIs

I was thinking about doing my old prison diet a lot of white rice mackerel, tuna and chicken along with my amino's and protein creatinine etc...

figure your macros then return . I'm currently eating 3500-4000 calories 300g protein and 400 g carbs. I weighed 213 a 5 weeks ago and currently weigh 229.

I am around 3000 calories probably 240 G protein I try to keep my carbs around 300 to 350 I ad creatinine nitrate but I checked my weight 3 weeks ago I was 185 I'm up to 196 as of last night I don't appear to be having any fat I'm trying to keep it as lean as possible
