Just want to say hi first.
I have just got gyno sergery.
I am 85kg 176cm.
And at this stage i want to lean up i am 18% bf but want to be 10% in jan
Im, fully aware about diet but pleass anyome that has had gyno removal pleass help tp explains there experience

Main goal is to drop fat first

With diet but cannot train uppsr body for 6 weeks.

I am up for all suggestions lads

Are you able to do mild/high intensity cardio while you recover from surgery?

Yeah not too bad now. No where high intensity but ... will just ha e to let it heal n keep didt in check. Thought some people may have faced similar situation....

just diet mate, if your not training then lower carbs extremely!!! also never cycle again unles your under 12% bf,, it will make things worse

I had it done. Honestly do not I stress do not jump into training early: let it all heal up or you will get scar tissue or break the stitches open. I wouldn't even do cardio for at least the first 3 weeks and keep a compression chest wrap or Ace bandage on it for a couple weeks.

OP has not posted since these posts in September. I suspect he is GTG at this point...
