  16. Arnold Encyclopedia is what got me interested in bodybuilding. Arnold has popularized the sport.

    Jay has some good content and promotes bodybuilding well.

    Dorian teachings on getting the most out of training are spot on; and also getting the most out of your genetics, although, as seen, he overdid it, and its wise to take it easier sometimes. I do think there's a time and place to train hit, just know your limits and be intelligent enough to stop doing it bc its easy to maintain
