How can I get my arms big and fast.? What exercises can I do? Can anyone help

Your right, I nearly missed out some vital information there (good job you had my back) if you want really quick results you could try masterbating every 45mins but don't forget to rotate arms, hope this helps

I'm weak on my legs .. How much weight do I try ...
I'd probably start off with a banana and try work your way up to a water melon and if your making good progress in a few months maybe try a banana and a watermelon

Fruit squats are the way to go. It's the only way I juice!

Sit ups worked for me. Do like 1000 a day. Inbetween commercials is good. Make sure you eat a ton of carbs between sets, to keep you anabolic. Potato chips work good here.

Do this for like 3 weeks and I guarantee you'll be ripped and huge, with widow makers for arms.

From a BB'ing standpoint, here is a differing approach to actually eating and lifting more or doing direct arm work, and putting on actual Bweight.
Are your arms smooth right now or are they fairly or really cut?
A well defined arm can look huge, if the vascularity and striations are much more present, even though the arm may measure smaller. Think wide receivers etc.
Examples are guys like Zane, Dickerson etc. who had small arms, but they looked larger because of definition.
Another, Savickas' arms look small in comparison to some pro BB'ers but he is actually a huge man.

How big are your wrists? This is kind of a marker, on how large you can make an arm 'naturally".

I can relate to that , my arms don't get the best definition so they look small to me but at their biggest last year they were 18.25" with skin so tight at rest even you couldnt pinch skin.That's definitely not small IMO. When I flexed they would pop but at rest they didn't look like much to me.

18's are considered big arms, especially on a guy under 6' tall and natty.
It is funny, but we do seem to have a kind of reverse anorexia, where the average people see us as being pretty large and built, but we see ourselves as small or not quite there yet.

Yup Adonis complex or muscle dismorphia. I think we all get it to some mild degree. Not a bad thing until it becomes unhealthy like the synthol freaks , or you push it to a point you're body is breaking down from what your doing IMO

I wish I had Adonis Complex or Muscle Dismorphia, instead my perception of myself is simple reality: I'm 6 foot, 205, under 10 percent BF 17 inch arms, chicken calves...sigh...sometimes I look at myself and u wouldn't even think I lift. I rep 315 bench but cant squat 315 for good reps. Sh 1t sucks

I know I'm late to the party. New to the Forum. Everything is about time under tension and knowing how and when to apply more contraction to rep. Find the point of flexion say during a bicep curl where you maximize the peak, then supinate the forearm from the bicep not the wrist and squeeze.

Before I took my huge break from lifting (just coming back off of a 6 year break) I was 240lbs at 5'10", 36.5" waist, and my arms were getting close to 18.5" and "tight". I used to think I didn't have good definition and that I wasn't very veiny.

Well, this time around since I've come back to training I've really focused on staying nice and lean. I've come to the realization that I was just holding much more body fat in the past than I realized. When I train I've got veins everywhere, my waist is getting close to 31", and I'm getting definition in places I never knew I could. And, the sad part is, I've still got plenty of body fat to spare still. lol. I'm just getting started again, so I'm still fairly small and FAR weaker than I was. But, even at almost 16.75" cold my arms look much better, especially wh en pumped, than they did at 18.5" in the past.

I think that's the same for many, many people, and my guess is that if you don't have good definition in your arms it's because you're carrying more body fat than you realize.

Just do arms everytime you go to gym.
as beginner your workouts are not so taxing for it to matter much. just go by feel.
if they hurt don´t train them and if they don´t then blast them out.

But I would recommend on training simply everything equally as in couple of years you will find satisfactory in everything and not just those guns !

It really looks stupid when you only got arms..

Oh and 18.6" before any gear here :)
