Last news I heard about Jay was he shot back up to 280 bit in the offseason phase. His original offseason weight is 300-310. Sorry but 20lbs off his offseason frame makes a difference. He needs to be confident in his game plan. His physique is great but he should take the year off and jump back up to 300 and work on bringing his physique back up to par. He should focus 1 year on his training, his new supplement company Alpha Helix and also his Cutler Athletics clothing line. I'd even say do next years Arnold Classic to see if a year off made a difference in his competitive edge against guys his size. What do you guys think?

It's a shame too because Jay is a great bodybuilder who would have won much more O's but was around when only 1 man dominated the game; Ronnie Coleman.Originally Posted by doggy_dog

im a huge jay fan. to keep it real ronnies best was in 98,look at shows from 98...like the british grand prix. ronnie was on his way out befor he had to deal with jay. im on board jay comeing back,i don't want to find another team, ya know. but at the same time, id have to say i'll be suprized if he makes it happen,...of course theres all political stuff too, when jay walked out at the mr.o i was like "h***y s**t!!! he looked sharp, full, ect, then phil walked out, and he looked good, i was like "nice" i've never seen em look bad,..did he win? there was alot of phil hype at the time and for good reason, it my have helped him a lil.dont' get me wrong phil is grate, and hes gonna get better, so jay has alot of work to do. as far as branch gos i hate to say it ARJRCOX branch is a beast, and he'll push other guys out of the game, but i dont see em in the top 4.

Aesthetically Jay and Branch are nowhere near Heath. Jay and Branch have to be spot on with their condition to compete.

I think Phil is the man until he does something wrong. Don't see anyone at their best beating Phil at his.

I don't know... Kai Greene is not someone to ignore... He mite surprise a lota people... I'm a big fan on Kai's

If Kai can make his waist slimmer than I think he's gonna take it. Unless another polital contribution ($$$$) from MuscleTech gives the MT athletes an edge over every1 else. Since Ronnie Coleman lost to Jay every Mr.O was a MuscleTech athleteOriginally Posted by Mkspillai

Hmmm never looked at it that way... Just fig Jay was the best and then Phil got better... Didn't look at it as something to do with muscletech.. Apart from two good signings..Originally Posted by VS91588
But I do believe it's only a matter of time before Kai takes over... Watched a lot of Kai's videos and he seems like a great guy too... Seems like a down to earth kinda guy And a great guy to listen to....

Jay could comeback although it's unlikely. IMO Branch and Kai can't compete, I don't like Branches look and Kai just focus on mass too much off season to come in with the taper and small waist. It will be down to Jay and Phil and Phil will win out.

I don't think dexter Jackson is ever gonna win again... I don't think he should have won the last time he did... Really think he can beat phil, jay and Kai?????? DoubtfulOriginally Posted by VS91588

No I mean he won Mr.O and is a MuscleTech athlete. They downgraded him to their Six Star lineOriginally Posted by Mkspillai

Once again I didn't say he will win Mr.O... I was saying that ever since Coleman lost to Jay and MuscleTech started sponsoring the Olympia every Mr.O has been a MuscleTech Athlete.. Jay, Dexter, Heath... And they been hyping up Branch for the past 2 years. Don't get me wrong Branch made amazing improvements but the way they talk about him it sounds like they are already giving him the titleOriginally Posted by tilldeath

I get what u mean.... It's true... Its been muscletech all the way...But Branch has been terrific of recent... Then again.. I'd see Kai winning before branch would...Originally Posted by VS91588

I'm a kai fan as well but Joe wont let a fruit molester win. Add in that kai is sponsored by a smaller supp company I don't think Phil loses for a while.

Too bad that's the case... Cuz Kai is a great ambassador for the sport... Great guyOriginally Posted by sp3Hybrid

Yeah those 202s are monsters. They just gonna keep raising the weight class. If they do than they should just let them all verse eachother. I liked it better in the golden age of bodybuilding when it was only 2 classes. Under 200lbs and over 200lbs because bigger isn't always better. Every1 brings a different package to the stage and te smaller guy can in fact have better dimensions than the bigger guyOriginally Posted by tilldeath
