I've been looking to answer the question of proper EndoAmp Max dose timing. I can not tell from the study abstracts I've seen if PS (Phosphatidylserine serine) needs to be taken just prior to training, or if it has more of a cumulative, long-term, chronic effect where timing is not so important as long as you take it each day.
So far, it seems that you need to take it before the training bout (60-90 min.?) in order to benefit from the cortisol reducing effects.
Could someone from PP--or anyone else with data--clear this up? What is the proper way to time EndoAmp Max dosing?
