    Hi, should I avoid using Any other vit-e supp while taking toco8??

    If it is part of just a multi, you are fine. But I wouldn't take a standard vitamin e supp, I would go with the ratio of toco8.

    Not quite. Most vitamin E supplements are single isomer, Toco's main advantage is providing a balance between all 8.
