Really? No help? Wow.
I have on hand 2 bottles each of AM and AH. I want to run these but not sure how...
My only cycle experience is 6 days of AL and it did not treat me well. I understand that 5-DHEA can be more estrogenic than the other isomers, but I want to hear some suggestions from experienced users.
What should I have on hand for gyno symptoms?
How should I cycle these compounds?
What is normal/not normal during a cycle?
PCT? I can do TRS stack but I don't think this is enough.
And anything else you want to throw my way...
Diet will be a clean bulk a looking to keep BF as low as possible but still bulk. I understand that I won't stay at 9% but I don't see why I couldn't stay below 11.
I had bloods done and everything is normal and very healthy. I can do pre-post bloods as well. I won't do a lipid panel on post bloods because my cholesterol came back very good and the only negative effect these could have lipid profile would be temporary.
As for comments and suggestions please remember I'm one of the few that had very estrogenic effects from AL. Bloods were fine after only 4 days of stopping but health is still a goal if ya know what I mean...
Really? No help? Wow.
TRS? and can you take an OTC "serm" like formadrol?
No prob at all, thanks for the reply! What AI would you recommend to have on hand?Originally Posted by ryansm
If you're running AH, you won't need an AI.
Thanks! I highly doubt I'll use an AI, but I will keep one on hand jic. If anything I may just use it at very low dose during first week of PCT while I recover to prevent any rebound. I just want to be well armed; the last thing I want is to run into problems and not have the means to treat them.Originally Posted by HereToStudy
Im hoping that I use no precautionary's, but better safe than sorry. I'm very excited for this cycle, but I want to play it smart. I'll be doing bw pre, post, and after.Originally Posted by HereToStudy
Keep it on hand, but don't use it until necessary (and don't psyche yourself out and think something is there when it's not).
good to see you are getting the blood work done, sounds like you are doing everything right and should have a good cycle
I'm still a month or so out from starting, I want to be as fresh as possible before beginning. I'm in the middle of moving right now for the 3rd time this year and it's driving me crazy. Once I'm done moving in a couple of weeks I will see the doc and check baseline, then I plan to take 2 additional weeks to just transition into the training regimen I've chosen; I've been using very little weight for the last 4 months. If my body responds to the routine the way I have in the past it'll be go time. However, if I feel like I'm still steadily creeping towards previous PR's then I'll wait another 2 weeks, I want to be sure that I gain everything I can from this stack.
