    Any Benefit To Taking GPLC Every Day?


    It seems that almost everyone using GPLC is taking it ONLY pre-workout; however, if it actually increases NO production, and therefore increases blood flow to muscles, it seems that it would have GREAT benefit taking it EVERY day. On non-workout days it seems it would help speed recovery.

    Is there any research to suggest daily use of GPLC produces greater benefit than using it just before workouts.

    Also, with both the GPLC and the ArginoCarn, is it necessary to take them on an empty stomach in order to avoid cross-competition with other amino acids for absorption and/or transport (e.g., across the blood brain barrier)?

    the short answer is its prolly not a great idea. supps that actually boost no also produce free radicals as by products. so pre wo days is sufficient
    Noob looking for alot of guidance
    I've got a hold of some omnadren 250(is sustanon better?) and I'm pretty much clueless about steroids. All i know about it is that it easily aromatizes and it holds alot of water

    Interesting, I was unaware of this. Either way, I believe that most things, with exceptions like Creatine, should be cycled in some fashion.
